Huitong Excavator Tilt Buckets are designed for ditch cleaning and sloping grading. Our tilting bucket can tilt 45 degrees in either side to increase productivity. And our tilting bucket also designed with double cylinders and with double cutting edges(Single cylinder design is also available). The space of bolts in cutting edges are 6 inch, which is the standard cutting edges for you can find spare cutting edges in local easily. All hoses are arranged well, the only thing you need to do is to install our tilting bucket with your spare hoses in excavator.

To ensure product longevity, we have added detachable covers to each hydraulic cylinder.
Most importantly, our hydraulic cylinders come with an 18-month warranty. Internally, they feature ultra-high-pressure seals capable of withstanding pressures up to 320 bar, far exceeding the main pump pressure of our excavators (240 bar for 5-7 ton excavators). Additionally, all cylinders are equipped with one-way valves. In the event of any malfunction during the operation of the tilting bucket, preventing it from functioning, the tilting bucket cylinders will not detach freely, ensuring operational safety.
You can opt for the double-tooth plate option. The tooth plate is made of NM500 wear-resistant steel material.
For 1-2 tons, 3-4 tons, and 5-7 tons, the thickness of the tooth plate for the double-tooth plate option is as follows:
1-2 tons (14mm)
3-4 tons (14mm)
5-7 tons (16mm)
At the bottom of the bucket, there are wear-resistant protective plates, significantly increasing the service life of the digging bucket.
